Rule 4
Must apply to be listed
(1) A person who wants to be listed as a conciliator must submit an application to the case review body, local body or organization that works on reconciliation within the period mentioned in Rule 3 in the format as per schedule-2.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), women will be encouraged to apply to be listed as conciliators.
